Fit Test #1

Well, I (successfully) finished Fit Test #1!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!  Boy, was it intense and I felt light headed, had a headache and was ready to puke at the end of it! Sign of a good workout??!!!  LOL  ;-)

My husband, Cory, also did the fit test tonight. He is super pumped and motivated to continue on and be ready for the beach this summer! He wants to be confident enough to walk around without his shirt and not have a Buddha Belly anymore!   

Our daughter, Sierra, did the fit test as well, and she is amazing! She did better than both of us on most things, until the end! She had a very hard time with the Push Up Jacks and the Lower Plank Obliques, but that can all be remedied with practice of her form. She is on the 6th grade basketball team, (1st year doing it!!), so these are all good exercises for her to practice to be in excellent shape if she wants to continue with sports.

I know, there is LOTS of room for improvement for the both of us. And hopefully we can improve our numbers at the next fit test on April 16, 2012!
